General Description

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment. This role requires exceptional multitasking and communication skills, as the receptionist manages a high volume of calls (80–100 per shift) while supporting administrative functions across departments. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced setting
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and route a high volume of incoming calls (80–100 per shift) to the appropriate departments.
  • Accurately collect and input caller information into the internal system or assign tasks to the correct team.
  • Monitor and respond to the reservations email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure messages and service requests are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Oversee breakroom upkeep and ensure snacks and office supplies remain stocked and organized.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
    .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and capable of handling multiple phone lines.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
