Administrative Assistant; Part-Time

We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, procurement activities, and client services in a fast‑paced office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour.

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and shopping carts
• Coordinate with vendors for quotes, documentation, and services
• Track and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and approvals
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders
• Assist with RFPs, bids, and procurement processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and support special projects
• Provide reception coverage as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative experience in an office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

• Experience with procurement processes and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with systems like Archibus or similar platforms
