Chem-Aqua SPD Services Field Service Coordinator

We’re seeking a Chem-Aqua SPD Services Field Service Coordinator to join our Chem-Aqua Services Department and be responsible for coordinating field service activities and operational support for SPD services across our diverse markets throughout the United States. This role will report to our current Chem-Aqua Services Manager.

- Provide customer service to Chem‑Aqua sales representatives, sales managers, service technicians, and internal and external contacts
- Coordinate and schedule SPD service jobs, maintenance visits, and follow‑up activities based on prioritization and efficiency
- Create, update, and track service activities and work orders in Salesforce while maintaining daily schedules for field service technicians
- Track replacement items, maintain truck inventory records, and coordinate replenishment needs to support uninterrupted field service operations
- Order parts, monitor delivery status, and ensure materials are available for scheduled service and maintenance work
- Track completion of work orders and follow through on open items to ensure timely and accurate service documentation
- Communicate daily via phone and/or email with sales reps, customers, technicians, and managers as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians as needed
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service customer service, dispatch, or field service coordination
- Ability to learn and maintain multiple software systems
- Salesforce experience is preferred, with the ability to manage service activities, scheduling, and work order tracking
- Service scheduling and coordination experience is preferred; experience supporting multiple field technicians and service vehicles daily is a plus
- Experience tracking inventory, replacement items, parts ordering, and work order completion is preferred
- Highly polished phone and in-person presence, with the ability to problem solve on the fly
- Candidate must be very flexible, organized, able to manage multiple projects and able to work with all levels of staff
- Must have a positive attitude, a commitment to client service and a willingness to support the office team with a variety of assignments
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
