Associate Registration Planner

The associate registration planner will support the Associate registration team to ensure the success of the program. Assist with testing registration websites, answering Outlook inbox inquiries, maintaining the list of FAQs, list management, help maintain the Associate registration internal site. Primary responsibilities include:

  • In collaboration with Associate Registration Manager, maintain timelines and tasks necessary to ensure successful delivery of Associate registration at 15+ in-person conferences.
  • Support list management process and prepare data uploads to our registration platform.
  • Test the end-to-end experience of Associate registration.
  • Respond to inquiries received via a shared Outlook inbox. Answer FAQs and escalate as needed.
  • Aiding team leaders in a simple analysis of Associate Registration data.
  • Travel to conferences and provide on-site support as needed and determined with the manager.

Skills needed include:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and troubleshoot errors.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under high volume.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Solid understanding and usage of G-suite applications (Sheets, Docs and Slides).
  • Effective communication while demonstrating a client service mindset in all interactions.
  • Experience with providing service and collaborating with global colleagues.
  • Someone who has high attention to detail, comfortable with spreadsheets and data. Well versed in proofreading, and analyzing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, would be preferred. Open to other industries if they are the right type of candidate.
