Key Responsibilities
* Manage document control processes including RFIs, submittals, and transmittals, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution
* Set up and maintain project systems, including user permissions and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore
* Track document deadlines, generate status reports, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
* Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and data center documentation requirements
Qualifications
* 2+ years of project administration experience, preferably within construction or mission-critical/data center environments
* Hands-on experience with Procore (required) and familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/document control systems
* Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Hourly: $35/hr.
- $38/hr
Location:
Irving, TX - Hybrid (4 days onsite/ 1 remote)
Contract to Hire - contract through end of 2026 - possible convert to full time/permenant
