Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Project Coordinator (Inventory Management/Supply Chain)

** Irving, Texas (1-2 days onsite a week)

** Pay Range:**  $26/hr.

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist in managing project scope, schedule, and resources throughout the project lifecycle

+ Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders

+ Maintain and update project status logs and contribute to progress reports for clients and management

+ Support the implementation and execution of projects with administrative and logistical tasks

** What's Needed?*
* + Proven experience in administration, organization, scheduling, and meeting coordination

+  
** Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookups, formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)*
* + Inventory Management/Supply Chain experience

+ Experience managing and facilitating MS Teams chats, files, calendars, calls, and meetings

+ Strong communication skills and a personable approach, especially in client-facing interactions with senior management

+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and support multiple team members effectively
