Operations Coordinator / Administrative Support

Location:

Irving, TX

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Full-Time | In Office Pay: $23-27/hr DOE This role is ideal for someone who enjoys backend operational work, detailed administrative tasks, and supporting a collaborative team environment. While there is occasional client interaction and phone coverage, much of the role involves focused administrative and systems-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and support internal workflows
* CRM updates, data entry, and quality control
* Organize digital files and documentation
* Support project setup and administrative tracking
* Scanning, document processing, and system organization
* Backup phone support and general office assistance
* Assist with team coordination and operational projects What to Expect:
* Mix of team collaboration and independent work
* Detail-oriented, process-driven responsibilities
* Fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Some days heavier on phones, others more heads-down administrative work Ideal Candidate:
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable with repetitive, process-oriented tasks
* Strong computer and multitasking skills
* Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Professional communication skills with a positive attitude Requirements:
* Previous administrative or operations experience preferred
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Comfortable learning new systems and technology
* Ability to work full-time in office
