JOB TITLE
Inside Lease/Repo Coordinator Hourly
JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with assigned customer accounts, working closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles for sale, make certain outside Account Coordinators are meeting their job requirements, and ensuring effective operational flow.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee accurate account records and a positive customer relationship by ensuring efficient and accurate handling and resolution of account problems
- Establish and maintain a successful rapport with assigned Remarketing Specialists (clients)
- Resolve customer problems and inquiries effectively and efficiently, while consistently providing quality service
- Ensure that repo redemptions and online venue sold units are properly documented and redeemed from inventory
- Make sure AIMS is being updated appropriately; occasionally audit AIMS inventory with CFAA physical inventory to ensure extraneous vehicles have been purified
- Review and update condition report; approve and audit vehicle repair report
- Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon department to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shop and ensure timely completion of reconditioning
- Follow account specific procedures to prepare sale vehicle run process including run order, scheduling, notice to customer account, etc.
- Advertise repossessed units as required by OH state law and account requirements
- Review vehicles in sale line up, direct locating of missing vehicles, and work with Outside Coordinator to ensure vehicles are ready for sale
- Review and revise all expenses for accuracy
- Responsible for maintaining and completing IF deals on sale day
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Solid computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Data entry
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, talk and hear
- Vision abilities require close, distance, color and depth perception
- Moderate noise level
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks; manual dexterity
- Lifting of 20 pounds
