Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, and proofread a variety of police reports and legal documents.
- Manage electronic document storage records.
- Perform research and data retrieval.
- Answer and route telephone calls.
- Perform other general clerical duties.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and handle highly confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of general clerical experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are beneficial.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Access to sensitive Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) requires a thorough background check.
- Candidates will be subject to a polygraph exam and criminal history check.
- Must not have any criminal conviction above the grade of a Class B misdemeanor or any Class B misdemeanor within the past 10 years; other convictions may also be considered.
Pay Grade GG13 / Full Pay Range $20.85 - $29.38 per hour
