- Contract Duration: 3-months
- Worksite Location: Irving, TX
- Compensation: $/hr
What you'll do as the Administrative Assistant:
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to understand and support their needs
- Process and schedule orders for new openings, digital products, and recurring billings
- Create and maintain pricing contracts through the Contract Management System
- Update and manage third-party customer catalog portals with current pricing
- Communicate with executive-level customers on behalf of corporate account managers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to invoices, orders, credits, pricing, and service
- Process legal contracts, verify financial data, obtain signatures via Adobe Sign, and file executed documents
- Maintain accurate customer master data including contracts, discounts, delivery instructions, billing preferences, and contact information
- Enter and manage digital product orders through a SaaS platform
- Run monthly reports and provide administrative support across the region as needed
- Handle ad hoc projects and reporting requests
What you'll bring to the Administrative Assistant role:
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- A self-starter mindset with logical thinking and adaptability to changing tasks
- High level of independence and comfort navigating office dynamics and personalities
- 3 years of sales support experience required; project coordination experience preferred
- Familiarity with SAP and customer contract management tools
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in customer service and project management is a plus
