- Maintain accurate and complete student attendance records for the campus.
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of state compulsory attendance laws
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively use district attendance programs after standard training and with reasonable help‑desk assistance
- Proficient in keyboarding, 10‑key numerical data entry, and file maintenance
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Minimum Experience:
One (1) year of clerical/secretarial experience or other equivalent experience or background.

Working ConditionsWork with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress. Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written). Standard office equipment, including a personal computer and peripherals. Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting. Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of the mouse; occasional reaching. Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds). May work prolonged or irregular hours.
SafetyContribute to the prevention of accidents and injuries by observing safety rules and District policy, practicing the principles and skills taught in safety training, wearing personal protective equipment as required, reporting injuries and incidents immediately to supervisor, and being proactive in the ongoing efforts to improve and maintain workplace safety.
