What you’ll do
- Perform diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Managing Vice President according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative.
- Provide screening, fielding, and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e‑mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner.
- Interact in a professional manner with senior executives internally.
- Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties.
- Create spreadsheets, graphs and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Prepare and manage all sales performance tracking, including stack ranking, recognition, and awards.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem‑solve and coordinate projects.
- Manage the calendar and project management for department training and cross‑functional meetings.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning.
- Participate in team meetings/events by capturing notes and ensuring follow‑up on active items.
- Enter and review travel and expense submissions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-5 years business experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignments, and coordinate and monitor workflow.
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish.
- Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Expert skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way.
- Must be highly organized with good time management skills, with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines.

CompensationBase salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 USD. In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
