What you’ll do:
- Perform diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Managing Vice President according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative
- Provide screening, fielding, and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e‑mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner
- Interact in a professional manner with senior executives internally
- Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties
- Create spreadsheets, graphs and PowerPoint presentations as needed
- Prepare and manage all sales performance tracking, which includes stack ranking, recognition, and awards
- Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem‑solve and coordinate projects
- Manage the calendar and project management for department training and cross‑functional meetings
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning
- Participate in team meetings/events by capturing notes and ensuring follow up on active items
- Enter and review travel & expense submissions
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-5 years of business experience in a fast‑paced customer service environment, preferred
- Experience, ideally supporting senior executives, preferred
- The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignments and coordinate and monitor workflow
- Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish
- Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Expert skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way
- Must be highly organized with good time management skills and a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
- Motivated, high‑potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
- Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges
