Brock Solutions is looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Office Manager to support and help manage our Irving office
.
This is not a traditional front desk role. While the position serves as the first point of contact for employees, customers, visitors, and vendors, the primary responsibility is helping ensure the workplace runs smoothly every day. From facilities coordination and vendor management to office events and employee experience, this role requires someone who takes ownership, follows through, and takes pride in maintaining a professional, well-run office environment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for office support requests, visitor experience, mail and courier coordination, office supplies, kitchen stock, conference room readiness, and general workplace needs.
- Act as the local owner for the day-to-day coordination of workplace operations, helping ensure the office remains organized, functional, professional, and welcoming.
- Manage relationships with local vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring work is scheduled, completed, and followed through to resolution.
- Coordinate facilities-related needs including maintenance requests, repairs, furniture and equipment needs, workplace improvements, contractor visits, and building-related issues.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office to proactively identify workplace issues, operational needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate office events, employee celebrations, customer visits, company initiatives, and workplace activities, including ordering branded merchandise and promotional materials.
- Coordinate catering, room setup, event logistics, schedules, materials, vendors, and follow-up to ensure events are professional, smooth, and well executed.
- Support company asset coordination, including Brock vehicle servicing and maintenance matters as well as Brock condo maintenance and contractor requests.
- Partner with business leaders, the People Team, and corporate support teams to help create an outstanding employee and customer experience.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to streamline administrative processes, improve event coordination, automate routine tasks, and identify opportunities to enhance workplace operations.
Required:
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in office administration, workplace operations, office management, facilities coordination, hospitality, event coordination, or a related role.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, suppliers, catering providers, maintenance partners, or other service providers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A high degree of ownership and follow-through. You take responsibility for ensuring things get done rather than simply handing issues off to others.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with employees, customers, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
