This is a rare seat at the center of Accenture's global people and leadership agenda. As the in-office presence for the Chief Leadership & Human Resources Officer (CLHRO), you are her real-time point of contact — the person who keeps her day moving, surfaces the decisions only she can make, and carries enough context to engage her at the strategic level she works at.

You'll use AI to work smarter and look for ways to make the office better. You'll gain direct exposure to senior leaders and enterprise workforce topics while building highly transferable skills in executive operations, decision enablement, and AI-enabled ways of working.
