Data Entry Processor; Part Time

WebTPA, a Guide Well Company, is a healthcare third-party administrator with over 30+ years of experience building unique benefit solutions and managing customized health plans.

• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday 7:00am to 11:00am Central Time required
• Part-time position (20 hours per week)
• In office at 6535 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75063

The Data Entry Processor operates in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for data entry of claims data.

• Enters claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner
• Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data
• Meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to Mailroom in opening, printing and sorting mail, assists other departments and special projects for the department as needed
• Assists with special projects for the department as needed.

• 0-1+ years related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED
• Data entry experience in a healthcare office environment on a computerized claims system preferred.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines and perform with high degree of accuracy
• Be able to adapt to new procedures and opportunities
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management

Sedentary work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
