Automotive Service Advisor; Hyundai​/Genesis

Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and driven Service Advisor to join our team at Norm Reeves Hyundai Irving. As a key point of contact between our guests and the service department, you will play a critical role in delivering a premium service experience that reflects the Hyundai and Genesis brands. The ideal candidate has prior automotive service advising experience or a background in customer service or sales, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Location:

Irving, TX (Onsite) - Full Time

• Greet customers promptly and provide a warm, professional service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and service needs.
• Communicate recommended services, timelines, and pricing clearly and effectively.
• Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and quality repairs.
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction prior to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer processes and standards.

• Previous Service Advisor experience required (Hyundai/Genesis or similar brand a plus).
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and utilize dealership management systems.
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
