• Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope of work, on time and within budget.
• Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning.
• Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field.
• Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity.
• Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions.
