MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking an Inside Sales Manager to work on-site in Irving, TX. This role combines production and supervision, primarily sourcing, placing, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified Locum Tenens Physicians, while managing a small team of representatives. The position offers a base salary plus a generous commission plan with no cap. Please note, this position is not remote or hybrid.

Core Inside Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified physicians through cold calling and all provided sourcing tools
• Engage in cold calling, texting, and emailing prospective candidates
• Sell current and upcoming work assignment opportunities to prospective physicians
• Negotiate commitments, salaries, and contracts
• Build and maintain an active base of working physicians
• Collaborate with business development and other MD Staff Pointe departments to ensure timely and accurate transactions
• Develop and lead a small team of Reps
• Achieve and exceed sales goals

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in staffing, preferably with physicians
• Minimum 2 years experience leading and/or mentoring a sales team
• This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and working toward common goals.
