How you will be successful…- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, or escalations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within the PPC Group of companies. Collaborate with the UK based key account manager to drive renewals and upsell additional products or services.
- Complete and send client reports (Daily, KPI’s, Q ’s) in accordance with specific client requirements/agreements.
- Undertake client visits as requested by clients, Branch Manager and the account owners.
- Managing large account for one of the branches largest clients.
- Managing Team assigned to account to include feedback, coaching, recruitment and process improvement.
- Manage and support warehousing, logistics and fulfillment operations for key client.
- Understanding agent fees and pricing per client in order to process invoices accurately and managing the bigger picture of profitability per client.
- Penetrating organizational structure for accounts and develop relationships at all levels.
- Minimizing customer complaints and issue resolution.
- Understand customers' business and strategy and our role with the customer.
- Effectively communicate internally to all Department Managers/Supervisors.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management System.
- Manage sales opportunities and proposals.
- Create and present quarterly business reviews.
- Continually seek improvement to create more efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Be dedicated to the success of the program using ethical business practices, personal commitment, and an obsession with the fundamental details of running the business!

- The ability to conduct routine virtual and face to face calls with clients to develop strong relationships.
- Proven business development track record.
- Leadership experience.
- 3+ years industry experience.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management Experience.
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Passion for building strong rapport and relationship-building.
- Ability to make quick decisions in responds to changing conditions.
- Ability to Influence others to action.
- Ability to travel as needed to visit clients.
