The Analyst, ROC Product is responsible for supporting the ROC team through obtaining, analyzing and communicating information that provides insight in the development of new products and services. The incumbent will be instrumental in the execution of strategy with data driven and customer‑oriented focus. The incumbent will work to obtain validation and input into current development initiatives and will create insights that drive the direction of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities, understanding experiment performance, including evaluating current processes and conducting research.
  • Identify revenue opportunities, process inefficiencies and develop a collaborative approach to process improvement.
  • Work with subject matter experts to create documentation including process diagrams, use cases, business, functional, and non‑functional requirements, and develop use cases and functional requirements for features development.
  • Serve as liaison and lead of special projects as they arise and relate to Patient Payments, including, but not limited to:
    Reconciliation, patient disputes and chargebacks, new office onboarding.
  • Provide data‑driven insight and reporting both on a cadence and as needed, for payments and patient financing performance.
  • Provide operational and analytical support for the department related to patient payment reporting and patient financing trends.
  • Analyze and monitor performance and quality of products and processes, recommending improvements as opportunities arise.
  • Analyze and communicate key insights for existing projects and act as a thought leader and subject matter expert for specific business problems.
  • Report weekly to Sr. Manager of Patient Payments detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals, and effectiveness of existing processes and systems.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office:
    Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
  • 4-6 years of related experience in product analysis, dental or medical billing operations.
  • Knowledge of Epic software applications.
Preferred
  • Experience in a field‑facing role; presenting, leading and collaborating with office management.
  • Proficiency working with Excel, AR Reporting, SQL, Macros, data mining.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems and conduct quantifiable analysis when required.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Knowledge of technology applications and reporting systems; business correspondence and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to interpret instructions in written, verbal and diagram form.
  • Excellent investigative and research skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi‑task effectively without compromising the work quality.
  • Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem resolution, proactive, ambitious, and customer experience focused.
  • Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from patients, offices, vendors, and other members of the business community.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation Information

$59,000.00-$75,000.00 / Annually
