Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same‑day and next‑day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e‑commerce and product‑supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. OnTrac is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the transportation operations for a rapidly growing package delivery company.
Location: Hybrid – Las Colinas, TX (3 days per week)
Salary: $84,000 – $120,000
Responsibilities- Build financial analysis models driving operational decisions across the OnTrac network – working on cost‑out initiatives, long‑range planning, annual budgets, etc.
- Automate existing models and tools to contribute to the scale‑up of the Transportation Network.
- Operations planning and cost planning for the Network.
- Weekly, monthly variance analysis & reporting.
- Evaluate and improve methodologies that are the core of our business models and tools.
- Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process, productivity improvements and cost‑saving initiatives.
- Manage the weekly, monthly and quarterly results reporting.
- Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups.
- Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
- Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
- Builds strong working relationships and demonstrates exceptional leadership skills.
- Learns quickly and has strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skillset, particularly Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years experience in a related field.
- Occasional travel as needed.
- Understand and adhere to the security guidelines outlined in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
