15+ years of leadership experience in sales or business development within a professional services firm Proven track record of increasing revenues and meeting business benchmarks Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant degree preferred Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with partners Experience in designing and executing education and training programs
