As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader:
Customer & Experience Transformation, you will drive the development and delivery of Strategy & Analytics (S&A) and Experience & Change (SE&C) services for clients. You will create strategies for assigned S&A SE&C accounts and contribute to the overall strategy development. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Client Strategies:
Create effective strategies for assigned S&A SE&C accounts, translating client needs into actionable solutions that drive business results. - Deliver Solutions:
Sell and service S&A SE&C solutions in various accounts, industries, and services, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Manage Relationships:
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes. - Drive Business Growth:
Contribute to the development of the overall strategy, identifying opportunities to expand S&A SE&C services and drive business growth. - Ensure Successful Performance:
Oversee the performance of assigned S&A SE&C accounts, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality results.
This Job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
Required technical and professional expertise- Deep Expertise in Strategy Development:
Proven experience in creating effective strategies for clients, translating their needs into actionable solutions that drive business results, with a strong understanding of Strategy & Analytics (S&A) and Experience & Change (SE&C) services. - Experience in Solution Delivery: A track record of successfully selling and servicing S&A SE&C solutions in various accounts, industries, and services, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong Relationship Management:
Experience in managing complex relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes. - Business Growth Leadership:
Experience in contributing to the development of overall strategy, identifying opportunities to expand S&A SE&C services and drive business growth. - High-Performance Oversight:
Experience in overseeing the performance of assigned S&A SE&C accounts, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality results.
- Advanced Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of various industries and services, enabling the development of effective strategies and solutions for clients. - Strategic Partnership Development:
Experience with forming strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand S&A SE&C services. - Complex Project Management:
Expertise in managing complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality results in S&A SE&C services.
