Overview
Senior Director of Client Engagement at Epsilon, leading large teams to deliver Mar Tech and Data solutions and services for healthcare enterprise clients. This role focuses on driving client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams, orchestrating Epsilon teams, products and services to deliver contracted work consistently across functions. You will foster cohesive, strategic relationships that demonstrate our commitment to successful engagement and business growth, with accountability for client satisfaction and overall profitability.

- Scalable, repeatable processes, quality measures and governance that ensure excellence in delivery of client solutions and retention of business.
- Effectively build cross-functional alignments with sellers and other delivery leaders.
- Apply strategic thinking to create and execute plans tied to customer business outcomes.
- Streamline engagement delivery to improve value to customers.
- Facilitate communication between client, project team and stakeholders; contribute to knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
- Work in a large, multicultural, matrixed organization that is geographically dispersed.
- Establish client relationships and ensure satisfaction with products/services.
- Drive collaboration internally with sales, client services and delivery organizations throughout the client lifecycle, as a vocal leader of client engagement.
- Develop talent and provide timely feedback on performance for direct reports and cross-functional teams.
- Lead across multiple solutions/products to meet client needs, translating and adjusting expectations between internal and external stakeholders.
- Orchestrate delivery teams to provide products or services for clients while managing overall client margin against the original contract.
- Lead a matrixed, cross-functional team with timely performance feedback.
- Apply business and financial acumen to achieve measurable business results for customer success.
- Identify client growth opportunities by understanding the client’s business needs and the value Epsilon delivers.
- Experience managing large teams (client teams comprised of more than 50 people).
- In-depth understanding of clients/industries supported and ability to apply offerings at the senior level.
- Strong relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and ability to drive results through influence and negotiation.
- High acumen of service operations, contracting, and financials.

Base Salary: $152,000 - $168,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
