Business Execution Consultant 2 - Contingent

Location: Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid-3 days onsite per week)

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives to improve business processes within Business Execution.
• Review and analyze tactical assignments, conducting research and evaluating alternatives for low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving operational challenges, exercising independent judgment while adhering to policies and compliance standards.
• Provide clear and concise information to client personnel regarding business execution activities.
• Support process improvements and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and compliance requirements.
