Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and supply chain industry, is seeking a Sourcing Procurement Manager to join their team. As a Sourcing Procurement Manager, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting strategic sourcing and category management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sourcing Procurement Manager
Work type: Hybrid from Irving, TX
Work schedule: M-F 9-5 regular schedule
Responsibilities- Support and lead sourcing activities, including RFP/RFQ development, supplier coordination, and proposal evaluation.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers to ensure optimal value.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams on contract drafting, review, and amendments.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies with business goals.
- Conduct market and supplier analysis to inform sourcing decisions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or professional services.
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with procurement and contract management tools preferred.
