Responsibilities- Perform on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
- Execute replenishment tasks, ensuring accurate stock levels and clean, organized setups.
- Monitor Min/Max levels and flag issues requiring Specialist or Manager oversight.
- Provide consistent customer interaction, resolving simple issues and escalating when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
- Support installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory as required.
- Act as the on-the-ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as required.
- Occasional overnight travel as business needs dictate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in learning and using job-related software and mobile applications.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with minimal desk time.
- Capable of remaining seated for extended periods while driving.
- Capable of performing repetitive lifting and other physical job duties.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and capacity to work independently.
- Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field.
- Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management, job site support, or field service work.
This position is field-based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned sites. Regular local travel between sites is required, with occasional overnight travel. The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, and hands‑on material handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location.
