Regional Account Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Regional Account Manager for a Logistics client in Irving, Texas. This person will work closely with a very decorated Sales person who needs help supporting his current book of business. This person will take on about 10 of his accounts ($20M in annual business) and be the point person for day to day maintenance of the business and relationship.

They will be fostering relationships with the internal stakeholders at the client and keeping an eye on ops teams to ensure they are responding correctly to direction. They will be responsible for QBRs at these accounts as well and handling escalations, upcoming projects/bids and other metrics.
