Role: Client Success Professional

Pay: $26.00–$31.00/hr

Assignment: 1-year contract

Location: Hybrid – Dallas or Irving, TX (must be onsite 1 day per week)

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding post-sale, serving as the first point of contact
  • Address client questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty
  • Grow revenue within assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for additional products and solutions
  • Educate clients on product features and functionality to maximize value
  • Gather customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
  • Proactively monitor accounts to identify at-risk renewals and implement retention strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, solutions engineering) to support client success
  • Handle cancellations, credits, and refund requests efficiently
  • Drive product usage through training recommendations and solution enhancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of client success, account management, and/or sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator, GONG, Microsoft Teams, and MS Office (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data or information services industry (preferred)
