Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Role: Client Success Professional
Pay: $26.00–$31.00/hr
Assignment: 1-year contract
Location: Hybrid – Dallas or Irving, TX (must be onsite 1 day per week)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities- Manage customer onboarding post-sale, serving as the first point of contact
- Address client questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and loyalty
- Grow revenue within assigned accounts by identifying opportunities for additional products and solutions
- Educate clients on product features and functionality to maximize value
- Gather customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
- Proactively monitor accounts to identify at-risk renewals and implement retention strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, solutions engineering) to support client success
- Handle cancellations, credits, and refund requests efficiently
- Drive product usage through training recommendations and solution enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of client success, account management, and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator, GONG, Microsoft Teams, and MS Office (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data or information services industry (preferred)
