Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Business Analyst (Portfolio Management Platform) with one of our large Banking clients.
Location:
Hybrid CHARLOTTE, NC; IRVING, TX
Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week
Pay range: $45.63 - $49/HR
Contract Length: 12 months

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Contractor) to support the ongoing development and enhancement of a Portfolio Management (PM) platform within Commercial Banking. This role is focused on requirements gathering, user story development, data mapping, and agile delivery execution, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and data/AI partners.
The PM platform includes both traditional workflow and AI enabled components, so the ideal candidate will have strong core BA skills along with a working understanding of AI concepts to effectively collaborate with AI and engineering teams.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or platform initiatives
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
Proven ability to write high quality user stories and acceptance criteria
Hands on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
Experience with data mapping, data analysis, and integration requirements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile delivery tools
