Responsibilities

Oversee Business Development team. Deliver Net Sales, Contribution, and Category Share for assigned customer team. Adhere to Trade Promotion and Pricing guardrails. Achieve JBP goals that are mutually agreed upon with assigned customer. Collaboratively Build and Implement the Customer Business Plan. Engage Customer in Joint Business Planning to gain alignment to plans. Manage Delivery of Plan and Business Objectives (Check and Adjust).

Situational Adaptability - Adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different solutions. Drives Engagement - Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives. Ensures Accountability - Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. Manages Complexity - Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree mandatory, Master's preferred. 10+ years progressive experience in customer management (sales) and customer development, or equivalent in other business functions. Proficient in business analytics, budgeting, and sales team management. Experience presenting to Executive Level staff. Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand processes, shelf reset experience, business planning processes and tools. Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and a range of traditional trade channels.

Strong record of exceeding sales objectives.

  • Strong oral, verbal and written communication skills, results and strategy orientation, business intuition, business management and planning, brand management, leadership, building strong relationships, statistics and quantitative business analysis, change management and team management.
  • Mentoring, networking, employee training and development, resource management, prioritization, cross-functional, superior customer service and problem solving.
  • Digital commerce experience preferred.
