How You'll Make an Impact

As Senior Principal, Client Leadership, you will serve as a senior relationship steward and a driver of Epsilon Data revenue. You will build and sustain trusted partnerships with agency leaders, activation teams, and key ad tech platform partners (DSPs, SSPs, DOOH and data marketplaces), aligning Epsilon's data solutions to agency and client objectives.

By collaborating closely with agencies and platform partners to activate programmatic audiences leveraging Epsilon's proprietary data you will unlock new revenue opportunities, expand Epsilon's footprint within the programmatic ecosystem, and strengthen Epsilon's role as a strategic, long-term partner across agencies, advertisers, and ad tech platforms.

Responsibilities

What You'll Achieve

  • Revenue Growth: Lead programmatic data revenue for assigned agencies and strategic partners including independent agencies, holding companies, platforms, and trading desks.
  • Client Success: Drive measurable outcomes by implementing tailored data solutions across all consumer verticals.
  • Strategic

    Collaboration:

    Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and shared success.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering insights and perspective that inspire innovation and deepen reliance on Epsilon's solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead account planning, business reviews, pipeline management, forecasting, and contract negotiations to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Influence Without Authority: Drive alignment and outcomes across cross-functional teams through expertise, communication, and credibility rather than direct management responsibility.
  • Business Development: Identify, shape, and close complex opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes, expanding Epsilon's footprint within existing and new accounts.
Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Extensive Sales

    Experience:

    10-15 years of success in client-facing sales roles, driving data revenue within the agency and adtech platforms
  • Media Expertise: Proven ability to navigate industry challenges, regulatory landscapes, and evolving business priorities.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and third-party data utilization to drive acquisition, retention, and personalization.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Expertise in translating insights into actionable client strategies.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships across sales, product, analytics and strategy team.
  • Innovation Driven Approach: Passion for using emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and dynamic creative solutions to drive marketing innovation.
  • Collaborative Approach: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working across large holding companies and cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed for client-facing meetings and industry events.
