Senior Executive Assistant – Spend Management Sales Team
In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Spend Management Sales Senior Vice President/General Manager and two Senior Principals. You will act as an extension of your executives, translating priorities into action and ensuring seamless execution across initiatives.
Responsibilities- Strategically manage complex and dynamic calendars while aligning executive time to enterprise priorities.
- Design and coordinate in‑person, hybrid, and virtual meetings with clear objectives; assess trade‑offs, protect high‑impact priorities, ensure readiness, capture key decisions, and drive follow‑through.
- Conduct background research and develop briefing materials to prepare executives for high‑visibility discussions. Draft, edit, and manage executive‑level correspondence, presentations, and reports with clarity and precision.
- Represent the executive professionally in internal and external interactions.
- Manage domestic travel logistics and ensure timely and accurate expense reporting in compliance with policy.
- Design and maintain systems to track initiatives, commitments, and key deliverables. Lead special projects and confidential initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, resolve workflow challenges, and implement sustainable process improvements aligned with business priorities.
- Serve as a trusted liaison across the enterprise and with external partners, navigating sensitive or complex situations with discretion while building strong, productive relationships that support strategic objectives.
- Support engagement initiatives, onboarding efforts, and peer collaboration; provide backup support and contribute to a high‑performing administrative community focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience supporting senior executives in a complex environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong strategic thinking and judgment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders and managing cross‑functional coordination.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in highly confidential matters.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
This is an office‑based role with an expectation of three days per week on‑site in Irving, TX, with occasional extended hours as needed.
Estimated Hiring Range: $77,400.00 to $. This position is also incentive eligible.
