* JOB SUMMARY:

** The AP Operations Analyst supports Asset Protection operations through a combination of analytics, project management, investigative support, and technology oversight. This role is responsible for driving execution of key AP initiatives while supporting corporate and field investigations through data analysis, reporting, and case coordination.
** KEY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Support AP and Franchising Department in Background reviews for incoming Franchisees and Multiple applicants as part of Quality Assurance Process.
* Support Asset Protection projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of purchase orders.
* Invoice processing of AP related vendors and services.
* Support of field AP in product protection ordering and equipment procurement.
* Review, research and resolve store AP billing disputes.
* Analyze data to identify trends in shrink, fraud, and operational risk.
* Support investigations through transaction analysis, data mining, and research.
* Assist in case development, documentation, and evidence tracking.
* Utilize CCTV and POS systems to validate incidents and support findings.
* Partner with Corporate Investigators and field teams on active cases.
* Track and manage investigation workflows and case logs.
* Support technology deployments and troubleshooting with IT and vendors.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
* Communicate updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
