Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee all inventory-related functions within our mobile device warehouse. The ideal candidate must be highly comfortable with hands-on, manual inventory processes and have the creative analytical skills to streamline operations within the inventory department. This role is heavily manual in nature and requires someone who thrives in a physical, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Beyond mastering the manual processes, this person will play a key role in driving our transition from manual processes to system-driven processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of mobile devices, components, and accessories throughout the refurbishment lifecycle - from intake and testing to shipping.
- Maintain accurate records through rigorous manual tracking, physical checks, and hands-on data verification; ensure inventory systems reflect real-time, ground-level accuracy at all times
- Manually track and log movement of serialized devices, parts, and materials across multiple departments (testing, repair, packaging), maintaining paper trails and physical records where needed..
- Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory audits, and outbound shipments, ensuring physical counts match system data.
- Lead regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; investigate and resolve variances.
- Develop and optimize inventory processes to reduce shrinkage, prevent misplacement, and increase efficiency using creative analytical thinking.
- Train and supervise inventory staff; assign daily tasks, monitor performance and follow up when necessary.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover, discrepancies, and key inventory metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams, providing actionable feedback to improve workflows and inventory accuracy
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume, manual tracking environments
- Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
- Experience with inventory management systems such as Sku Vault is a plus
- Inventory management: 3 years (Required)
- Day Shift (Required)
