With a strong existing customer base in the USA, we are now expanding our presence and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the region.
Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in USA, a role where Consultative Selling meets cutting-edge Digital Transformation.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Microsoft solution sales, strong industry connections, and experience working with mid to large enterprises.
This role requires a blend of business development, strategic planning, and relationship management to position Alletec as the preferred Microsoft solutions provider in the region
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth in the USA market.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure solutions.
- Leverage Alletec’s existing customer base to expand business opportunities and enhance client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, Microsoft, and industry partners.
- Lead sales efforts, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with delivery capabilities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive demand generation activities through targeted marketing and networking initiatives.
- Represent Alletec at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility
- Experience:
8+ years in business development, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics, Cloud Solutions, or Enterprise IT solutions. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, Microsoft solutions (D365, Office 365, Azure), and relevant industry verticals. - Market Expertise:
Experience working in the USA market with a solid network of enterprise clients and industry partners. - Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in developing long-term client relationships and driving multimillion-dollar sales deals. - Strategic Mindset:
Ability to develop and execute business expansion strategies in new and existing markets. - Collaboration
Skills:
Experience working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
