Company Overview

Apex Service Partners (the “Company”) is the #1 home services company in the country by revenue and serves over 25,000 homeowners daily. Founded in 2019, Apex has partnered with world‑class service providers to create an industry leading national platform of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric companies that serve single‑family residential customers in 45 states. Apex has grown to over 180 locations with 12,000+ team members and $3+ billion in annual revenue.

And we are just getting started
.

The Company has been built through high‑frequency M&A and organic growth. Apex has completed 325+ transactions since its inception and is the most active and prolific acquirer in the industry. This high‑frequency M&A strategy necessitates a best‑in‑class Partnership Development team.

Despite being the largest player in this incredible industry, Apex has less than 2% market share, and ~85% of the market is still fragmented. The Company is backed by several name brand investors with the majority owned by Alpine Investors, a People‑first private equity firm that specializes in buy and build strategies in fragmented, service‑based industries.
