Position: Vendor/ Supplier Maintenance Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Vendor/ Supplier Maintenance Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading distribution company located near Irving, TX. This role offers a competitive pay range of $25–$28 per hour, based on experience.

Primary Functions
  • Analyze and track supplier spending, vendor data, segmentation, and engagement strategies to support supplier and e‑catalog enablement initiatives.
  • Gather required documentation and complete the setup of new suppliers within the Coupa platform.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and accounts payable teams to align on strategic aspects of supplier activation.
  • Drive and support supplier onboarding activities, including progress reporting and follow‑up with procurement partners.
  • Assist with the enablement pipeline for supplier onboarding and catalog/content activation.
  • Provide change management support through project plans, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Develop training resources and instructional materials for both internal users and suppliers.
  • Facilitate and lead conference calls with suppliers, clients, and third‑party partners to coordinate tasks and resolve onboarding needs.
  • Identify, investigate, report, and resolve issues related to supplier implementation and integration.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to advance the supplier enablement strategy.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner with accounts payable leadership to ensure timely communication on daily operations and potential issues.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with Coupa
  • Familiarity with procure‑to‑pay (P2P) processes and related systems.
  • Background in procurement, supply chain, accounts payable, or vendor management.
  • Experience coordinating supplier onboarding or supporting system implementations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven capability to build and maintain vendor and internal relationships.
