Business Analyst - Hybrid/Onsite (Irving, Texas)
We are seeking a Business Analyst who excels at understanding business needs, improving processes, and bridging the gap between technical and non‑technical teams. In this role, you will analyze operations, identify opportunities for improvement, support project delivery, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and value.
- Maintain, test, and improve business and system operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluate project team performance to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and objectives are met.
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and viewpoints to senior management.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Support the design of new products and assess their potential performance in the market.
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase business value.
- Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases; identify, track, and resolve business system issues.
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using appropriate information‑gathering and modeling techniques.
- Contribute to business solutions that meet stakeholder needs while identifying opportunities for added value.
- Support successful project delivery by ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Prepare clear documentation and ensure adequate end‑user training for assigned projects.
- Participate in QA triage to resolve issues, identify root causes, and support defect resolution.
- Perform Post‑Implementation Verification (PIV) to validate solution performance.
- Create monthly performance reports and communicate findings to leadership.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience with Business Process Modeling.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $75,168-$130,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
