Responsibilities

  • Deliver Net Sales, Contribution, and Category Share for assigned customer team.
  • Adhere to Trade Promotion and Pricing guardrails.
  • Achieve JBP goals that are mutually agreed upon with the assigned customer.
  • Collaboratively build and implement the customer business plan.
  • Engage customer in joint business planning to gain alignment to plans.
  • Manage delivery of plan and business objectives (check and adjust).
  • Situational adaptability — adapt approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different solutions.
  • Drive engagement — create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
  • Ensure accountability — hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
  • Manage complexity — make sense of complex, high‑quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in customer management (sales) and customer development, or equivalent in other business functions.
  • Proficient in business analytics, budgeting, and sales team management.
  • Experience presenting to Executive‑level staff.
  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand processes, shelf‑reset experience, business planning processes and tools.
  • Experience working in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and a range of traditional trade channels.
  • Strong record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovations for customers.
  • Digital commerce experience preferred.
