Responsibilities
- Deliver Net Sales, Contribution, and Category Share for assigned customer team.
- Adhere to Trade Promotion and Pricing guardrails.
- Achieve JBP goals that are mutually agreed upon with the assigned customer.
- Collaboratively build and implement the customer business plan.
- Engage customer in joint business planning to gain alignment to plans.
- Manage delivery of plan and business objectives (check and adjust).
- Situational adaptability — adapt approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different solutions.
- Drive engagement — create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
- Ensure accountability — hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Manage complexity — make sense of complex, high‑quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in customer management (sales) and customer development, or equivalent in other business functions.
- Proficient in business analytics, budgeting, and sales team management.
- Experience presenting to Executive‑level staff.
- Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand processes, shelf‑reset experience, business planning processes and tools.
- Experience working in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and a range of traditional trade channels.
- Strong record of exceeding sales objectives.
- Track record of developing and executing unique solutions and innovations for customers.
- Digital commerce experience preferred.
- Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Results and strategy orientation.
- Business intuition, business management and planning, brand management.
- Leadership and building strong relationships.
- Statistics and quantitative business analysis.
- Change management and team management.
- Mentoring, networking, employee training and development, resource management, prioritization, cross‑functional collaboration, superior customer service, and problem solving.
