Risk & Compliance Senior Associate

At Caterpillar Inc., the Risk & Compliance Senior Associate supports the Enterprise Compliance Program by advancing key initiatives across governance, risk management, and ethics, and by managing compliance content, training, and policy administration.

• Support the execution of the enterprise Compliance Program, advancing key initiatives aligned with governance, risk management, and ethical standards.
• Manage and maintain compliance content across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance training and onboarding by maintaining materials, tracking completion, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and awareness.
• Assist with enterprise policy and procedure administration.
• Support compliance governance forums, including meeting logistics and materials.
• Support the design and continuous improvement of Enterprise Policies and Procedures.

• Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong attention to accuracy and precision in completing tasks.
• Analytical thinking and ability to root cause problems and create actionable solutions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage individual work streams independently and plan/execution of projects, with prior risk and compliance experience preferred.

Peoria, IL (primary location). Up to 5% domestic/international travel.
