Job Overview

Job Title: Project Manager 3

Duration: 6‑month contract

Location: Irving, TX 75039

Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week (flexible), 40 hrs/week – No OT

Pay Range: $45–50 per hour

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large‑scale planning related to Project Management deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in‑depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Project Management deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.
• Lead the end‑to‑end transition of Talent Acquisition activities to Technology Business Services (TBS).
• Partner closely with Technology and Recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Drive a phased global rollout:
  Phase 1 – India & Philippines; followed by EMEA, APAC, and Canada (target completion by year‑end).

• 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven experience with Workday implementation and development.
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional coordination experience.

The role will backfill an existing associate who is retiring and focuses on a critical transition of Talent Acquisition‑owned processes to Technology Business Services.
