Job Overview
NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Business Analyst to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
Responsibilities- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain, test, and improve business and systems operations
- Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met
- Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management
- Act as a liaison between business and IT groups
- Supervise the design of new products and evaluate how these will perform in the market
- Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business
- Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modeling technique to elicit requirements
- Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients
- Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time
- Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end-user training for assigned projects
- Participate in QA triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes
- Perform and execute Post Implementation Verification (PIV) as needed
- Create monthly performance reports
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
- 5+ years of proven training in Business Process Modeling
- 5+ years of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT, or any related field
Starting hourly range: $55 to $62/hour
. Compensation will depend on location, experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
