SiriusXM and Pandora are seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help drive cross‑functional software initiatives across consumer applications and automotive platforms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations, supporting the delivery of high‑quality features that power audio experiences for millions of listeners across mobile, web, and in‑car environments. Reporting to a Manager of Technical Program Management, the Associate TPM will support and lead programs across Pandora, Stitcher, and SiriusXM client applications, translating product vision into executable technical plans while keeping teams aligned, informed, and on track.

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional software initiatives, supporting one to two midsize to large engineering teams
• Own program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines across app and automotive programs
• Track progress against goals and ensure commitments are met with a high bar for quality

• Act as a key connector between engineering and non‑technical stakeholders, including product, marketing, and operations
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align execution with organizational priorities and help coordinate launches and rollouts across platforms and partners

• Translate product requirements into clear technical plans, identifying scope, dependencies, and sequencing
• Assist with backlog grooming, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning
• Support estimation and capacity planning efforts across teams

• Proactively identify delivery risks, blockers, and cross‑team dependencies
• Drive mitigation strategies and elevate issues as needed to maintain momentum

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and release coordination
• Promote efficient development workflows and continuous improvement
