Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support contract and pricing analytics across a large portfolio of medical supplies. This role focuses on analyzing supplier contracts, reconciling complex datasets, and identifying cost‑saving and standardization opportunities across multiple organizations. You will play a key role in understanding data sources, business processes, and supply chain drivers, while delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, interpreting trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

• Analyze and compare supplier contracts and pricing (Vizient, local, internal portfolios)
• Pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets to identify discrepancies and pricing variances
• Build cross‑references to evaluate contract alignment and price conversions
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholder insights
• Support onboarding/integration of new organizations and assess sourcing alignment
• Identify cost‑saving and standardization opportunities across supply categories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery

• HS Diploma
• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare or supply chain analytics
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables & V-lookups)
• Power BI Experience
• Ability to interpret and analyze contract pricing and supplier data
• Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed comparative analysis
• High level of attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) environments
• Experience working with SQL
