Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Loan IQ Business Analyst to join their team. As a Loan IQ Business Analyst, you will be part of the Commercial Banking department supporting enterprise lending initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully with the organization.

Responsibilities- Support enterprise lending initiatives focused on Loan IQ platforms, system integrations, and large-scale transformation programs
- Analyze and document Loan IQ functional requirements, configurations, and impacts across lending products
- Partner with engineering teams to support API, batch, and file-based integrations
- Translate business and accounting requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure high-quality delivery
- Hands‑on Loan IQ experience in a Business Analyst or Product BA capacity
- Strong understanding of commercial lending and loan accounting concepts
- Proven experience supporting system integrations involving Loan IQ
- Experience working in Agile / Product delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technology teams
