Contract Analyst Senior

Full-Time

• Manage and maintain the organization's Contract Management Information System (CMIS).
• Administer a diverse portfolio of contracts, including Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, professional services agreements, administrative contracts, and procurement contracts.
• Review executed contracts to ensure all required documentation and approvals are complete before uploading into the Contract Management System.
• Upload and maintain contract records while ensuring compliance with established Contract Management Council (CMC) standards.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Managers, and Business Owners to ensure contract accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and distribute automated expiration reports.
• Build contract headers and maintain contract categorization within the CMIS.
• Analyze contract data for discrepancies, inconsistencies, and opportunities for data standardization.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Data Management teams to support third-party systems including Optime, Pyxis, Point of Use (POU), and related applications.
• Pull, analyze, and format GPO and non-GPO contract data using Infor templates.
• Support contract compliance initiatives and maintain accurate contract documentation.
• Participate as an active member of the Contract Management Council (CMC) and provide recommendations for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in:
  • Contract Administration
  • Contract Management
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Supply Chain or Procurement Operations
  • Legal Contract Coordination
  • Contract Data Management
• Experience maintaining Contract Management Systems (CMIS or similar).
• Strong understanding of contract documentation, compliance, and contract lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts.
• Experience with Infor contract templates or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise contract compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with Optime, Pyxis, Point of Use (POU), or similar healthcare systems.
