Sr Program Manager BTI

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives for planning and producing research content delivery. This role is a key product partner, driving outcomes across stakeholders, influencing strategy, and ensuring measurable business impact.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives within content planning and production.
• Drive alignment between product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Ensure delivery against business outcomes (adoption, engagement, satisfaction).
• Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders across BTI, IT, and business units.
• Challenge assumptions and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Build strong relationships and influence decision‑making at multiple levels.
• Lead complex requirements definition across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ensure high‑quality product artifacts (epics, stories) that require minimal refinement.
• Partner with Product and UX to shape product direction and user experience.
• Mentor and develop team members, improving product thinking and execution.
• Guide cross‑functional teams to deliver efficiently and independently.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks proactively, even in ambiguous situations.
• Identify systemic issues and lead transformation of processes and workflows.
• Introduce best practices for product lifecycle management and feedback loops.
• Use quantitative insights to drive prioritization and decision‑making.

• 8–12+ years in program management, product management, or product operations.
• Proven ability to own large, complex programs and deliver through others.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep experience with Agile product development and product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity.

Base salary range: 86,000 USD – 118,000 USD. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus plan or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Market‑leading benefits comprise generous PTO, a 401(k) match up to $7,200 per year, and an opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount.
