Responsibilities

Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per-project basis; act as Product Owner for IQ Platform; analyze feature requirements and develop user stories in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
Participate in planning and design discussions, document outcomes and decisions, support development teams in answering requirement clarification questions to avoid delays, and act as liaison between development teams to ensure interfaces are designed to specifications.
Participate in the QA process by understanding implementation and helping to define test cases based on user requirements.
Collaborate with Front End Web Developers, UI/Graphic Designers, UX Designers, and Product Management on feature prioritization, design, and implementation.
Lead Scrum Ceremonies, including Planning/Grooming with Engineering and Product Management.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field followed by four years of relevant experience. Four additional years of experience in a related occupation may also satisfy the requirement.

Required Experience

Utilize Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) for product management and development, leading cross‑functional teams, driving successful product launches, and delivering customer‑centric solutions in agile environments.

Oversee dependency management and risk management.

Complete business analysis.

Create and maintain a product backlog.

Write user stories to determine appropriate predictive analytics and/or generative AI solutions.

Customize JIRA boards, write JQL statements, and develop JIRA dashboards, Structure PPM, and JIRA Advanced Roadmaps.

Employ agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Understand machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) modeling concepts and business use cases.

Apply large language models (LLM) and natural language processing (NLP) for business use cases.

Integrate Meta’s Llama, OpenAI’s GPT, Anthropic’s Claude and Sonnet, and Databricks Mosaic DBRX
14 solutions, and assess their capabilities and value proposition.

Have a conceptual understanding of data abstraction, normalization approaches, schema design, and schema metadata.

Use structured query languages, including Databricks SQL and PostgreSQL, for business analysis of source data and quality assessment.

Utilize REST API syntax and Postman for making API calls, with guidance from Engineering.

Compensation

Compensation Range: USD $99,736.00 - USD $ per year. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time, subject to applicable law. Temporary roles may be eligible for certain benefits after meeting criteria; regular roles will receive medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
